KATRINA Rosenwax decided her Mona Vale home with it small central courtyard needed something softer than paving so that her 20-month old son, Cyrus, could play on a more forgiving surface.
While conventional lawn was not an option due [sic] light and drainage problems, synthetic grass was.
“Our courtyard opens off the living room and Cyrus’s bedroom so I couldn’t stand the thought of him dragging in soil and mud through the house,” she said.
“We looked at a few samples of synthetic grass and some were quity [sic] shiny and fake looking.
“In the end, we found a good one from Grass Revolution that looked real from a distance.
“In fact, often our guests can’t tell it’s fake until they get up close because the backing looks like soil.”
